TalentMapper is a Series A HR SaaS platform. They have a team of 10+ employees, seven figures of ARR and ambitious growth plans through to their Series B and beyond.

Their CEO, Martin Mason, is an experienced HR exec with a strong offline network, having led HR functions at organisations like The Body Shop and Wolseley.

The Objective.

Alongside daily thought leadership content, we introduced a campaign called “People Pulse” - a HR “agony aunt” series designed to engage Martin’s existing audience and reach new customers.

After the initial traction, we focused on their upcoming fundraising round, curating existing and new content into a ‘LinkedIn pitch deck.’

After a successful fundraising campaign, we implemented a podcast series called “HR Unscripted” & monthly webinar series to deep dive into specific pain points and industry talking points, making TalentMapper and Martin the go-to authority in the industry.

Conclusion.

Martin came to us knowing he was missing an opportunity to amplify his voice on LinkedIn. He was the sole salesperson at TalentMapper and was concerned that the time would comet that his personal network would be exhausted.
